\u00a0 Terms & Conditions \u00a0\u00a0(.pdf file)<\/a><\/span><\/h4>

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>When the Supplier wants to change the product, process, procedures, equipment or specifications, it must acquire Stork Precision Machining<\/b> approval before changing product design, content, specifications, process requirements, technical data or requirements.<\/span><\/p>

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>When required, suppliers shall provide evidence of qualification of personnel when requested by Stork Precision Machining<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Suppliers and Sub-Suppliers to Stork Precision Machining<\/b> shall maintain a quality management system compliant to minimum of ISO 9001 or AS 9100.<\/span><\/p>

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>The Supplier shall provide the identification, and revision status of specifications, drawings, process requirements, inspection\/verification instructions and other relevant technical data when requested by Stork Precision Machining<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>The Supplier shall notify Stork Precision Machining<\/b> of nonconforming product when found in its facility or if found at another customer from the same lot number.<\/span><\/p>

6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Obtain Stork Precision Machining<\/b> approval of nonconforming product disposal at Stork Precision Machining<\/b> facility.<\/span><\/p>

7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Notify Stork Precision Machining<\/b> of changes in product and or process, changes of the Supplier\u2019s raw material suppliers, changes of manufacturing facility locations and obtain Stork Precision Machining<\/b> approval in writing before making those changes.<\/span><\/p>

8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Stork Precision Machining<\/b> requires its suppliers to provide test specimens when requested.<\/span><\/p>

9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Supplier and its sub-suppliers shall notify Stork Precision Machining<\/b> and appropriate regulatory authorities should they find counterfeit materials or product that were intended or delivered.<\/span><\/p>

10.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>When informed by Stork Precision Machining<\/b>, the Supplier shall maintain technical test records and verification records, when product compliance testing records must be retained. Stork Precision Machining<\/b> will inform the Supplier of the retention period if less than 10 years.<\/span><\/p>

11.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Stork Precision Machining<\/b>, its Customer(s) and regulatory authorities retain the right to access all applicable Supplier organization\u2019s manufacturing areas and review product validation or quality records with 24-hour notice.<\/span><\/p>

12.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>The Supplier is to flow down to their supply chain the applicable Stork Precision Machining<\/b> requirements including final customer requirements.<\/span><\/p>

13.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Supplier shall respond to Corrective Action Reports\/Request within 14 days. Failure to respond within 14 days and Stork Precision Machining<\/b> may not provide payment of any and all open invoices until a properly filed Corrective Action Report is sent to our company.<\/span><\/p>

14.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Stork Precision Machining<\/b> requires its Calibration Services to provide documentation, traceable to NIST measurement standards.<\/span><\/p>

15.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Supplier will ensure persons working on Stork Precision Machining<\/b> products\/materials are aware of:<\/span><\/p>

a.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Their contribution to product conformity<\/span><\/p>

b.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Their contribution to product safety,<\/span><\/p>

c.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>And the importance of ethical behavior.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
